Norefjell ski resort in Norway is a popular ski region, just under 2 hours drive from Oslo. The resort is renowned, as it has one of the largest altitude ranges in northern Europe and so many of the pistes have a good long descent.

The resort is an all year-round destination and popular as a wedding location, as well as a honeymoon destination. The nightlife is relatively tame, but there are some very good quality bars, cafes and restaurants to visit both on the slopes and in the resort centres.

The resort is modern and well served by an efficient lift system that covers the 25km of slopes well. The resort is modern and has good facilities and a good range of accommodation. There is a good amount of ski-to-door accommodation available within Norefjell as the accommodation is split across the altitude range.

There is a real mix of runs available to skiers and beginners and experts are catered for in this resort. Skiers who are staying in the valley can return home on either blue or black runs.
