Dachstein Krippenstein Ski Map

The small ski area of Dachstein Krippenstein which is accessed primarilly from Obertraun which is a pretty village nestled in the valley by the lake. Skiing here has been described as some of the best for Free-riders. There are some marked and groomed which are complimented by plenty of off-piste areas to explore. The area is popular with intermediate and experienced skiers who want to do more than slide around on groomed pistes all day. It should also be noted, that Dachstein Krippenstein has the longest downhill run in Austria, coming in at a very healthy 11km.
