Whistler ski resort is a bright jewel in the Canadian crown. The resort of Whistler hosted the 2010 Winter Olympic games which secured it's already great reputation as a fantastic destination for skiing and all manner of mountain sports. The lift network is well managed and has continued to be invested in over the years since the Olympics, and it needs this as it is a busy resort especially at weekends and in the height of the season.

The accommodation in Whistler is split over two areas, there is a main town which includes Whistler Village and Upper Whistler and another area at the foot of the Whistler mountain called Creekside. There is a range of properties to suit all budgets. If you are looking for a lively nightlife and Apres scene then Whistler Village is your best option.

Skiing in Whistler can only be described as good. There is real variety on the slopes and pistes to suit all levels. The resort suits skiers of all abilities and works hard to ensure everyone has a good experience. This coupled with a long season and a fantastic snow record ensure Whistler is one of the world's favourite ski destinations.
