There is a red piste that enables skiers to ski back to the resort at the end of the day and as Valtournenche has an altitude of 1524m this is usually open the whole season. The broader ski area of Matterhorn Ski Paradise really suits intermediates with plenty of off-piste opportunities for more experienced skiers.
