Sälen Tandådalen ski area is extensive and is popular with families. Tandådalen is the name of the modern village which has direct access to a modern lift network and slopes. The resort of Tandådalen is small but has everything you would expect on a classic winter sports holiday.

The lift network is predominantly drags which is appropriate as the altitude range is limited here. The connected slopes of Tandådalen and Hundfjället are generally more challenging than Lindvallen although there are still plenty of slopes to suit beginners.
