Morgins has direct access to 100km of skiing ideally suited to beginners and intermediates with 21 blue and 17 red slopes and 3 black slopes. It has a maximum altitude of 2277m and has 38 lifts. The area also has an additional 72km for cross country skiers. The ski area is known for its beautiful tree lined runs and stunning landscape. The lift pass will also give you access to the vast Portes du Soleil region which includes many other famous resorts included in our 'connected resorts' tab.
Morgins has plenty of other facilities available including a sports centre, tennis courts and play areas for children. There are several restaurants catering for all tastes from gourmet meals such as regional fondues to pizzas and snack bars. Morgins is located on the Swiss side of the massive French/Swiss Ports du Soleil ski network and lift area. There is a vast network of lifts which cover an altitude range of 1350 at the base of Morgins up to 2270 if you head over into France. Off piste ski guides are available in this resort and they will take you on a trek for as long as your legs can ski. There are also a number of ungroomed slopes and areas where you can take advantage of skiing powder off piste without a guide relatively safely.
