Klosters ski resort in Switzerland is one of the most established and up-market resorts in Switzerland. Favoured, as the ideal ski destination by the British Royal family and frequented by the rich and famous from all over the world. Klosters is less 'flash' and more refined than many of its big name up-market resorts in the Alps, as it manages to retain its village charm whilst simultaneously catering to an international elite.

The skiing in Klosters is varied and there is something for everyone, in fact there is plenty for everyone with access to over 300km of piste. The resort is favoured by intermediate skiers and there is a good altitude range and so there is a real diversity in the types of pistes on offer from wide gliding blues through to more challenging groomed or off-piste, through wooded trails. The slopes are well manged with an efficient lift system, which does include a number of drags.

On the slopes there are plenty of opportunities to eat good food and find relaxed spots for enjoying the vistas. In the village of Klosters there are also plenty of great places to eat and drink, but not the boot-stomping, ‘dance on the table’ type bars that many of the bigger european resorts provide.
