Crystal Mountain Ski Resort has benefited from large investments in infrastructure over the last few years and investment is expected to continue in the coming years.

The Altitude is high and the resort does tend to have good levels of snow and maintains its snow conditions well throughout the season.

The lift network is mostly chairs which are modern and efficient in keeping lift queues short even in busy periods.

There is a range of pistes which tend to suit beginners and intermediates well, but experienced skiers do have some testing runs and a lot of good back country skiing here and so the resort offers challenges and good runs for everyone. Beginners can benefit from some dedicated nursery slopes and the whole mountain is accessible to all levels of skiers

Crystal Mountain resort has an authentic rustic feel which reflects its long history as a gold rush region and now a ski resort. Although limited in number, there are some great places to eat or drink and enjoy some Apres.
