Bogus Basin Ski Map

Bogus Basin ski area is managed by a non-profit organisation and access to the lifts costs less than most major resorts. Bogus Basin just manages to be classified in our ‘Large’ ski area category and it should be noted that you get a lot of slope for your money here.

Despite being low cost the lift network is decent and can handle the capacity of skiers well. The ski area is uncrowded and there is a real range of slopes to suit all skier ability levels.

Bogus Basin is very popular with the locals rather than being a major resort and ski destination, its proximity to Boise and the airport there make it very accessible. The resort is small and has all the basic facilities you would need to enjoy a few days on the slopes.

The snow record here is a little patchy and so you should check conditions before travelling, however, when the snow is good this resort has plenty of pistes and a warm welcome for all those willing to explore.

Accommodation is limited in the resort and tends to be basic, but that wont stop you enjoying everything this resort has to offer on the mountain.
