Alpental, markets itself as a small area that is steep and deep. This is a great destination for experienced skiers when snow conditions are good. Alpental, is a mini free ride, all mountain experieence that is definately worth a visit. Sunny weekends with good snow can make the lifts busy due to Alpentals close proximity to Seattle, but once on the slopes there are many hectares of mountain to explore. Decent intermediates can hire an instructor or guide. If you are in the area and you love to ski, this resort is well worth a visit.
